So last week we went to the isle of wight for our summer holiday. We stopped in the New Forest on the way down for a picnic where we were joined by some lovely ponies.
We stayed right in the centre of Cowes, it was lovely with lots of little posh shops and big posh boats.
When it wasn't raining (which it did quite a bit) we went and sat on some beaches and paddled in the sea, much too cold for swimming though.
Tilly liked the sea a bit too much and took to barking at it and chasing it and eventually came round to paddling too.

And on the last day it was finally hot and sunny!
we briefly stopped on a beach with just enough time for a picnic and a paddle. Then back in the car home.
